AllMyHR is free for 30 days now, and there is no credit card involved
AllMyHR is free for 30 days. The full platform, not a preview of it, and there is no credit card at signup.
That is the offer. The interesting part is what is missing from it.
What “full platform” actually means
A free-look account runs at AllMyHR Business level for the whole 30 days. That is:
- 300+ courses, on demand, with a downloadable completion certificate on every one.
- The Smart Employee Handbook, federal and state compliant, which stays current when requirements move.
- ARIES™, the AI HR compliance agent, for the routine questions: policy basics, leave requirements, hiring compliance.
- Credentialed advisors, holding PHR, SHRM-CP or SPHR, for the ones ARIES™ hands to a human. Terminations, investigations, accommodations, benefits.
- The compliance tools and the full resource library. Compliance Calendar, HR Assessment, templates, state hiring toolkits, checklists from hire through termination.
Not a demo tier. Not a sample with the good parts locked. The product, at the level a paying Business member is on, for 30 days.
One boundary, stated flatly because it comes up in every conversation: AllMyHR is HR, not payroll. Compliance, policy, training, advisors. It sits alongside whatever you already use to pay people.
Why there is no card
The usual version of this offer asks for a card up front. Not because anyone needs it during the free period, but because a card on file converts by default. The business model is partly your forgetting.
We took the card out. Which means three things are now true at once, and they are worth saying separately:
Nothing is charged. There is no payment method attached to the account, so there is nothing that could be charged.
There is nothing to cancel. People ask how to cancel before they ask anything else, because the last free trial trained them to. Here the answer is that there is no subscription to end.
Nothing happens automatically at day 30. If you do not convert, your account deactivates and your work is saved. Come back in three months and buy a membership and it is all still there, the handbook you built and the training records you generated. You do not start over.
Take those three away and “free for 30 days” is a scheduling problem you have to remember. Leave them in and it is just an open door.
What to do in the first ten minutes
Do not evaluate anything. Evaluating software is a project and you do not have room for a project.
Instead, open ARIES™ and ask it one question you already have. A real one, the one that has been sitting in the back of your head since the last time somebody requested time off in a way you were not sure how to handle.
Two outcomes. Either the answer is good, in which case you learned something in about two minutes and you now know what this is. Or it is not, in which case you close the tab and you are out nothing, because you never gave anyone a card.
That is the whole first session. If you want a second one, the Smart Employee Handbook and the course library are the two places to go, and both are open to you.
Then check your own exposure
Once you have poked at it, the useful next move is to find out where you actually stand. Most compliance problems in a small business are not judgment calls that went the wrong way. They are things that were correct once and were never revisited, and they sit unnoticed because noticing them is nobody’s job.
We wrote a longer piece on where those gaps cluster and how to find yours without hiring anyone: the HR compliance gaps small employers actually have. It is a list of things to go look at, and you can look at all of them inside a free account.
